Hello Everyone!

I don't know exactly where in the world you may be right
now but I hope the weather's better than what we have
here in Buffalo, NY.

We were lucky in the first half of the winter to have beautiful
weather. Very mild with temps in the 40's and 50's. Nice!

But being off the eastern shore of Lake Erie is tough when the
lake doesn't freeze because we get what's known as "lake
effect" snow. The wind comes across the lake and picks up
moisture then dumps it on Western NY.

We got SEVEN FEET of snow in 24hrs. just a few years ago.
WHOO!

Anyway, it's been catching up to us lately with temps in the
single digits and lots-o-snow. But as we say here, "It's Buffalo".

I believe they're still a good value IF you know how to use
them to their full advantage.

The best way to use a safelist is as a lead generation tool.

This is particularly true if you're involved in the internet
marketing arena because safelists are used by marketers.

By using the old "giveaway a report" tactic you can easily
build up your own all important lists.

Using f/r/e/e reports and capture or "squeeze" pages you can
build TARGETED lists in several different internet marketing
niches. Set up your squeeze pages to an autoresponder loaded
with 7-10 messages related to the original report's topic
and schedule them to go out at 3-4 day intervals.

You can set up one for SEO, one for affiliate marketing, one
for list building, etc.

You'll soon have many lists with which to work with and build
on. Each one specifically targeted to a certain marketing niche.

The key to making this work is your ability to write a good
subject line. This goes hand in hand with good copywriting
skills.

I've found that the best subject lines are usually in the form
of a question like "Can You Handle The Truth?" or "Can You Crack
The Millionaire Code?".

Pique their curiosity.

Keep the email itself short. Tell them that they'll find the
answer by clicking on the link provided. That link should send
them to your squeeze page.

I'll try to keep the email body to less than five or six
sentences. Let the squeeze page do the selling.

If you're giving away a pre-written report or PLR report, most
come with a professionally written sales page so those work
nicely.

Just insert your autoresponder form where the sales button
would normally appear and "voila", you've got a squeeze page.
